The Steelers are encouraging fans to arrive early and enjoy in-stadium pregame activities for the team’s regular season home game against the New England Patriots on Sunday, December 16. Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. and all gates will open at 2:30 p.m. Parking lots will open at 11:30 a.m. and the Will Call ticket window (Gate B) will open at 1:30 p.m.


MY CAUSE, MY CLEATS (approx. 4:05 p.m.)

More than 800 NFL players will showcase causes that are important to them with custom cleats during Week 13. A special pre-game video tribute will air featuring Steelers players’ favorite charities and causes.

WHITNEY WOLANIN (approx. 4:05 p.m.)

TopNotch Records artist Whitney Wolanin will perform live on the field during pre-game.

NATIONAL ANTHEM (approx. 4:19 p.m.)

R&B Singer Devon Gilfillian will perform the National Anthem. He will be joined by the United States Army ColorGuard.

BLACK HAWK FLYOVER (approx. 4:20 p.m.)

The Pennsylvania Army National Guard’s 2nd Battalion, 104th Aviation Regiment of Johnstown will perform a pregame flyover in Black Hawk helicopters.

TERRIBLE TOWEL TWIRL (approx. 4:24 p.m.)

Before each Steelers game, a select group will perform the Terrible Towel Twirl on the field near the Steelers’ player tunnel. This week, the Towel Twirl will be led by Steelers Legend Merril Hoge.


The West Mifflin Area High School Titan “Thunder” Marching Band will perform on the field athalftime.– more –


Defensive End Cameron Heyward was selected as the Steelers’ nominee for Walter Payton Man of the Year. During halftime, fans will be able to watch a video highlighting his cause and campaign.

ATI SALUTE TO HEROES (3rd quarter)

Each game, the Steelers honor a member of our armed forces in the ATI Salute to Heroes. This week, the team will honor US Army Master Sergeant William Duffy of McKees Rocks.



Fans are encouraged to stop at Stage AE, the Official Tailgate Zone of the Steelers. Admission is free, and the doors open at 12:30 p.m. Thunderstruck will perform starting at 2 p.m. and fans will be able to participate in Steelers prize giveaways, including autographed items. Food and drink specials will be available during the tailgate.

Fans will be led from Stage AE to the stadium approximately 60-minutes before kickoff by the SteelersNation Unite Fan Parade and the Steeline Drumline.


Before each game, fans are invited to participate in free activities along Art Rooney Ave. outside of the stadium three hours prior to kickoff. Fans can purchase food and drinks while enjoying experiences inside the Gameday LiveTents, a meet-and-greet with Steely McBeam, take photos with giant inflatable Steelers gloves, enter to win prizes from various Steelers partners and more.



The Steelers offer free Wi-Fi for all fans throughout Heinz Field. More information will be provided once fans enter the stadium.

50-50 RAFFLE

For all home games in 2018, the Steelers have a 50/50 raffle with proceeds benefiting local charities. One fan will take home half the prize, and for this game, the other half will benefit The Salvation Army and Children’s Hospital of PittsburghFoundation. The FedEx Great Hall along the East side of the stadium will offer fans an in-stadium experience unlike any other. Fans will be able to listen to great music while visiting the Steelers Walk of Fame, touring the Hall ofHonor and enjoying food and drinks from nearby concessions stands. DJSteve Maffei Jr. will be playing music for fans starting at 2:30 p.m.


The Pittsburgh Steelers will reward fans who arrive early with free prizes and giveaways as part of the team’s 1st-IN-GOALpromotion, presented by Steelers Nation Unite. The first 25,000 fans to enter Heinz Field on gameday will receive a scratch-off card revealing a prize. The Ford Fan Zone is located under the scoreboard in the south end zone and features activities for fans at each home Steelers game. This week, Steelers Legend Jason Gildon will meet fans for photo opportunities from2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
